Anti-Cellulite Diet: An Easy Recipe for your Anti-Cellulite Diet

With all the false advertising, deceptive marketing and "friend to friend" confusing advice on the issue of female cellulite, it is easy for any woman to lose sight of the fact that the only proven way to completely and permanently get rid of cellulite in legs, buttocks, hips and thighs is through smart nutrition and specific anti-cellulite daily exercises.

The smart daily nutrition comes down to planning and preparing simple but satisfactory recipes in advance, which will provide with an appropriate balance of nutrients throughout the body.

Easy Anti-Cellulite Sautéed Recipe

  • 1.5 cups chicken broth or vegetable broth (preferably organic)
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons soy sauce with low sodium content (preferably organic)
  • 1/4 teaspoon stevia extract powder (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper - if you like it hot
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder or flakes, or powdered cloves
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder or 3 cloves of garlic, minced and crushed
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2.5 tablespoons canola oil (preferably organic)
  • 1/3 cup ground linseeds (preferably organic)
  • 1 bag of mixed vegetables, carrots, peas, etc. (16 oz. / 450 g.) fresh or frozen (preferably organic)
  • 1/2 pound chopped chicken breast (vegetarians can use organic soy cheese or chickpeas)


Put the canola oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the mixed vegetables and sauté for 6-9 minutes.

Then add the other ingredients. Continue stirring every 1-2 minutes until it begins to boil. Cook for 3-5 minutes, then turn off the burner. This will give you about 4-6 servings of the Simple Anti-cellulite Sautéed.

For those who eat few carbohydrates, serve on a bed of lettuce and/or diced cucumbers.

For those who normally eat carbohydrates, serve on a small mattress Barilla pasta or wild rice (you can even try quinoa). It is preferable for you to use organic ingredients, but it is not mandatory.

Getting rid of cellulite and keeping it off forever can only be achieved through a healthy nutrition and a proper scheme of anti-cellulite exercises that any woman can do at home daily.
